Requirements for the issuing of the company seal
For the authentication of the respective legal entity and the issuance of your qualified EPREL company seal, two requirements must be met.
EU registered office
The issuance of the EPREL company seal requires a company headquarters within the European Union. We therefore verify your data by means of an extract from the Austrian Company Register or from the European Business Register (EBR). Non-registered organizations must provide copies of alternative documents to verify existence.
clear identification
The clear identification of the authorized person takes place via the qualified signature of a document using xIDENTITY (EU-Identity mobile) or ID Austria. If you have submitted all the required documentation, you should receive your certificate within 1-2 working day.
