A-Trust once again recognized as a “Great Place to Work®”

Austria’s leading trust service provider thus reaffirms the high quality of its workplace culture and the strong confidence of its employees.

High level of satisfaction

91 percent of the so-called “Trusties” agreed with the statement: “All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.” Particularly pleasing: the positive mood has continued to improve compared to 2024. On average, 84 percent of employees gave a positive assessment of all the statements surveyed – a significant increase compared to 77 percent in the previous year.

Strengths: fairness, team spirit, and trust

The key pillars of the corporate culture cited were especially team spirit, fairness, the established remote-work policy, and the positive working atmosphere. The training and development opportunities were also highly rated: 91 percent of employees expressed satisfaction – a jump from 72 percent in 2024. In addition, attractive benefits such as meal subsidies, an annual public transport pass, and other discounts contribute to the company’s appeal as an employer.

Trust in leadership

The increase in the scores for collaboration between management and employees is particularly encouraging. “What I’m particularly pleased about is the significant increase from 61 to 81 percent for the statement ‘Senior leaders embody the best qualities of the organization’”, explained Markus Vesely, CEO of A-Trust. “It is important to us to communicate honestly, directly, and respectfully – even in small things, such as allowing dogs in the office. This strengthens the atmosphere and team spirit.”
