Spreading joy together: A‑Trust at the 2025 “Weihnachts­packerl­aktion”

When boxes, toys, and craft materials suddenly fill the office, it means something special is happening at A-Trust. This year, we have joined forces to take part in the “Weihnachtspackerlaktion” —an initiative by Round Table Austria, Ladies Circle Austria, Club 41 Austria, and Agora Club Austria, which every year makes thousands of gifts possible for children in Eastern Europe, bringing a sparkle to their eyes.

“As a company built on trust and responsibility, we also want to set an example in society. The “Weihnachtspackerlaktion” offers a wonderful opportunity to give joy and at the same time show solidarity across borders,” says CFO Sven Glöckner, explaining the reasons for participating.

Each Trustie was able to personally pack a parcel filled with clothing, toys, sweets, and thoughtful little gifts. Step by step, 46 colorful surprise packages were created, which not only bring joy, but also convey a sense of warmth and community.

Two of our colleagues even joined in to distribute the packages in rural areas of Romania. They were able to see firsthand how the packages were received and how much they were appreciated—an impressive experience that connects us all.

“Seeing firsthand how much gratitude and joy these small gifts bring was deeply moving. It shows that social engagement goes far beyond material aid—it creates encounters and humanity,” reports Sven Glöckner, who also helped with the distribution himself.

We are proud to have been involved and would like to thank all Trusties for their enthusiasm and commitment. Together, we create moments that have an impact beyond Christmas.
